# 📊 Creating Campaigns

# WhatsApp & Telegram

  • Both WhatsApp and Telegram campaigns are created under the Menu option Campaigns.
  • SMS campaigns are created under Menu > SMS Marketing > Broadcasts
  • In order to send campaigns you will need to create a Contact List. All Contacts are stored under the WhatsApp Menu. You can assign individual users to lists or segments.

# Creating Whatsapp Campaigns from Templates

Please note that all Whatsapp templates must be approved by META. After creating your template and defining the category (Utility, Marketing or Authentication) you will submit your campaign for approval. Rejection notifications and reasons can be found in your META Business Support Home

# Chat Interactions

Once your campaigns are live, you can manage all your customer interactions from your Inbox under Menu > Inbox

Here you will be able to view the contact name, channel and conversation history. You can also view which messages have not been attended, agents assigned, etc.
